Mike and Cindy Williams have spent 46 years doing what they love most — introducing people to Jesus and walking with them as they grow.

That journey has taken them from rural China to the Arabian Peninsula, where they learned languages, built relationships, and planted churches in places most people never go. They've served as pastors, missionaries, and church planters, bringing the same genuine care to every role.

Most recently, Mike served as Associate Pastor at an independent church in Altoona, where he ministered in worship, preached, oversaw the missions program, and headed the discipleship ministry. Before that, they spent four years pastoring Macomb Assembly of God in Illinois — where the congregation nearly tripled through a simple commitment to prayer, discipleship, and loving people well.

Mike also brings a background that few pastors have. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and has trained executives and coached leaders in some of the largest companies in the Middle East, Asia, and North America.

But what drives Mike and Cindy is people. Seeing someone discover their purpose, step into their calling, or simply know they're not alone — that's what God has called them to do.

They have three grown sons and three grandchildren scattered across the country — close in heart, if not in miles.
